There are the stories you hear, the warnings you’re told and the entertaining TV adverts about general insurance that you see.
Snow on your roof, or ‘Roof Snow’ as it is often referred to (by me), is an inescapable part of everyone’s lives up here in the final frontier.
Last year in Alaska was a crazy one for snow fall as the state reportedly had about 7ft over the season. This is, of course, depending on who you speak to because as the old adage goes, “The more beer that flows, the more snow that snows”. Or (again) is that just me?
But sometimes the snow very courteously removes ITSELF from your roof.
Case in point…..
Slow and steady
